Top level information specialist whom may act as an internal consultant on the most complex technical issues; demonstrated capacity for work group management is required to progress. Individuals in this position lead and advise others on complex systems analysis, programming, or systems administration tasks, manage the most complex projects, serve as primary technical contact for a work group or project teams, work under severe deadlines and workload, assist with objectives development, and work independently to complete tasks.
Accountabilities include: Primary internal consultant leading systems analysis, systems management, and systems implementation projects; Subject matter expert advising management and work group members on complex information technology issues; Work under extreme task loads with complete understanding of client business practices and requirements; Assist with objectives definition, determine tasks, work independently, provide technical work center leadership; Represent organization; serve as primary organizational contact on technically difficult projects; Advise top business and technical management on complex technical problems and advanced technical research; Train less experienced work group members on specific tasks and business and technical processes.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a supply chain environment, especially warehouse processes. Ability to analyse business processes and based on the conclusion propose alternatives and improvements Education should be in logistical processes. Knowledge of reporting tools is a must as well as good working knowledge of excel. Excellent communication and listening skills.
