* Defining, negotiating, communicating and maintaining the implementation project timeline and Implementation Project Coordinator milestones in agreement with customers
* Providing superior technical and product support to customers before and during their processing implementations
* The team objectives are to add and maintain transaction processing business together with effective time-to-market and quality of the resulting customer operations
* Translate the customer's business need into technical solutions
* Being the contact person for Customer Implementation projects
* You will proactively coordinate up to several projects in parallel, in cooperation with the customers and internal support teams
* Communicate extensively with the customers, motivating them and guiding them through business processing environments
* Following implementation processes and respect SLAs - Suggest process improvements based on experience and help to implement the change if needed.
* Supervising and assisting the customers in implementation project tasks
* Ensuring all administrative and technical requirements are fulfilled.
