HR MANAGER

Functieomschrijving

We are currently looking for a generalist HR Manager for the Benelux based in Melle, Belgium and who will be reporting to the Group CFO. The role will be twofold:

You provide full and generalist HR support for all IPCOM Benelux entities, including the HQ in Melle. More specifically the responsibilities will include: recruitment for various professionals and managers (middle and senior level), supervision of the reward & recognition practices in all entities and you will
ensure compliance with social and labour legislation. You will introduce talent management and succession planning. Furthermore you will assist in organisation changes and support due diligence and integration work in a M&A context. Secondly you will provide ad hoc and selective HR support for IPCOM entities outside the Benelux with a focus on recruitment of various positions. You will handle employment contracts of all direct reports to the CEO and you will act as a coach and mentor to local HR representatives.

Profiel

For this stand-alone position, we are looking for a candidate with a bachelor's or master's degree and a minimum of 7 to 10 years of generalist HR experience in an organisation of the size of IPCOM. An in-depth knowledge of and experience with local social and labour legislation in both Belgium and The Netherlands (compensation & benefits, contracts, employment law, works councils, restructurings, etc.) are necessary. You have a proven track record in other general HR areas such as recruitment, talent management, succession planning, training & development, etc. You are a strong communicator, able to influence and someone with good interpersonal relation skills. You are a highly motivated self-starter and can handle different projects simultaneously. Finally, you are willing to travel in the Benelux, and you speak Dutch, English and French.
