For this stand-alone position, we are looking for a candidate with a bachelor's or master's degree and a minimum of 7 to 10 years of generalist HR experience in an organisation of the size of IPCOM. An in-depth knowledge of and experience with local social and labour legislation in both Belgium and The Netherlands (compensation & benefits, contracts, employment law, works councils, restructurings, etc.) are necessary. You have a proven track record in other general HR areas such as recruitment, talent management, succession planning, training & development, etc. You are a strong communicator, able to influence and someone with good interpersonal relation skills. You are a highly motivated self-starter and can handle different projects simultaneously. Finally, you are willing to travel in the Benelux, and you speak Dutch, English and French.
