Our client is a dynamic IT company, offering an easy and highly efficient cloud-based solution to automate the complexity of Travel & Expense management - from planning and booking to reimbursement and accounting. They currently have close to 100 employees over 5 countries and are still growing fast.


They are looking for an energetic and results-oriented HR partner who is challenged by driving some of the key HR-management projects. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be part of the management team and play a key-role in strategic choices and executing the strategy as (m/f):





Your main challenges will be:


  • Organization Development: identify opportunities for re-engineering HR processes, forming policies and principles, in collaboration with the current HR-team.
  • Compensation and benefits: working with the CEO to benchmark and ensure competitive practices.
  • Facilitate and manage the smooth running of all HR-related aspects for the global offices and in particular ensure that the company is compliant with all business, payroll and employment law considerations.
  • Training & Development: promoting learning and development within the company: identifying training needs, conducting and organizing training.
  • Organization Changes: identify and clarify needs for improvement within the existing organization and participate and/or coordinate organizational restructuring projects together with the management.


  • Master with 5 to 10 years of experience as HR Business Partner / HR Manager, … preferably in a fast-growing IT or Tech company.
  • Experience with international payroll management and international teams (spread over multiple countries).
  • Can do attitude, a visionary and decision-maker, driven by results and growth.
  • English mandatory, knowledge of French, Dutch and/or German are strong plusses.
  • Based in Belgium (HQ is in Brussels).
