With a degree in HR, or equivalent by experience, you have at least 10 years of experience in developing and delivering robust and strategic HR business plans and implementing HR policies in a sales driven SME. You are fluent in English, Dutch and French and are a quick learner when it comes to IT systems, software and applications.
Equipped with exceptional organisational and communication skills, you have proven leadership capabilities and a solid knowledge of employment legislation and their applications. The ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion and diplomacy is crucial.
