You will work closely together with the hiring managers to develop job descriptions and determine the appropriate recruitment strategy. You will deal with several applications for the open positions and will plan and do the interviews for the different departments. You will develop offer letters and employment contracts for approval. You will establish an application and tracking system to comply with employment laws and company policies. Furthermore, you will coordinate employee requisitions and applications to ensure accurate record keeping. You support new hire onboarding by the completion of new hire paperwork for hires in respective countries. You will handle requests from managers and employees regarding HR issues, rules and regulations. You will take part in a rather big project such as performance review and compensation review (after the summer). You will also support site HR activities and other HR projects.
