As a business partner, you understand the business strategy and priorities and work closely together with all departments. You are a strong team player within the HR team and report directly to the HR Director. You are part of the local management team.
Role and Responsibilities
-Work in partnership with all business functions (stores, warehouse, support functions) ensuring the appropriate HR processes and tools are implemented and actively contribute to the growth of the business (through people)
-Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, increase productivity and retention
-Manage recruitment and selection : sourcing, selection, assessment, employer branding and coordination of the integration and on boarding of newcomers together with the HR Officer
-Manage complex employee relationships/unions
-As part of the European HR team, you contribute to the development of cross-countries better people management practices in close collaboration with your peers, the center of excellence and under the supervision of the HR Director. You represent the voice and the needs of your internal clients (country/region) and you make sure local context, priorities and needs are taken into account when developing, improving cross-countries HR initiatives, projects, processes.
