You will be responsible for the input and up-to-date maintenance of all personnel records and of employee status changes, including new hires, terminations, pay and/or title changes, drafting employment offers and contracts. You drive an efficient and effective monthly payroll in collaboration with our local payroll office for Belgium. After that, further countries could be added. You manage the relationship with the outsourced providers and strive for continuous improvement. You prepare and maintain regular reports, documents and/or Management Information that provide business and organizational insights. You ensure compliance with all applicable employment and labour regulations and assist in Legal Affairs with respect to HR or personnel-related matters. You also assist the Recruiting & Training Officer in both the daily and long-term activities. You will be actively involved in various HR projects that are outside the personal scope. You proactively initiate projects and activities that foster overall efficiency and provide added value to the business and you monitor, audit and reduce employment-related costs.
