The mission of the Digital Insights team is to demonstrate business value by leveraging (digital) data, analytics, optimization, and technology platforms to drive insight- driven transformation.
The digital insights analyst shall define the digital analytics strategy, prioritize the digital analytics and ensure the execution of the digital insights roadmap.
You are, within the Customer and Marketing Insights (CMI) department , the digital insights enabler and defines the digital insights strategy
You set-up strategic partnerships for your insights stream with a wide range of management stakeholders (CMI, Digital Team, Marketing, IT)
You manage and coach all digital insights stakeholders to have an action-oriented mindset and you know how to inspire, motivate and support all stakeholders to get things done
You determine the digital analytics metrics for success and the online optimization roadmap
You communicate on a regular basis the outcome of all the analysis and provide strategic recommendations to the various management stakeholders
You manage the digital analytics developer(s) reporting to you (people management role)
