Being part of the GTS EANZ Talent Management team, the Digital HR Expert will focus on analyzing existing processes and review guidelines in the fields of Recruitment, Training, HR KPI’s and HR communication. The Digital HR Expert should have an expertise to look into digital solutions and optimizations, like digital recruitment, digital training solutions and overall HR efficiency using advanced digital and technical tools. In addition, this role should modernize our current tools, communications on HR events (D&I events, H&W initiatives,…) and inventories (training database, HR reporting, recurring reports,…) into a more interactive and appealing way.Projects
- Define digital recruitment opportunities and propose cost efficient changes
- Review our onboarding practices and propose optimizations
- Analyze universities partnerships and provide proposals
- Analyze progressive H&W and D&I opportunities
