Customer Service Teamleader
To support our continuous growth and reinforce our Customer Service department in Ontex Buggenhout, we are looking for a Customer Service Teamleader.
The customer service teamleader is part of the Customer Service team in the Supply Chain organization of Ontex.
His/her team assures the complete order to cash process for all customers dedicated to his/her team.
Main responsabilities and key tasks
- Leading a team in customer service: leading, coaching and supporting;
Holiday planning and organizing back-ups
, in order to manage sales orders from customers:healthcare customers in Benelux,retail customers of MMR-division, export customers all over the world.
- Receiving orders from customers, enter them in SAP and organize all further steps to deliver the customer according their expectation, and ensure timely and correct invoicing and communication.
- Follow up stock availability of products on a daily basis to make sure all products are delivered in time and in full. In case of stock shortages, follow up with the production unit involved, and communicate about delayed delivery with the customer. Organize the shipment of those orders in close contact with logistics.
- Complaint handling: analyze reason, take corrective action and communicate with customer.
- Monitor KPI?s of service and complaints and define actions for continuous improvements.
- Focus on service-minded and result-driven attitudes and procedures with mindset to improve experience of customers working with Ontex.
- Support the Sales Teams and Supply Chain department in efficiently and qualitatively meeting the customers? demands.
- Attend to meetings, brainstorms, customer events and customer visits.
- Support Group or Local projects (e.g. E-commerce, QIM, B2B, new BI-portal Data Warehousing for reports, Citydepot, Quote to Cash) and implement changes on a Customer Service level.
- Create KPI reports and report the results to the Supply Chain manage
We are looking for someone with the following qualities;
- People manager, interacting, communicating and motivating people, to get the best.
- 5 year experience in a leading position
- Strong knowledge of Dutch, English and French. German, and other languages is a plus.
- Proactive attitude, thinking in solutions not in problems.
- Word, Excel, Powerpoint: good knowledge
SAP knowledge is a plus.
- Good communicator, internally with team and sales, externally towards customer.
Able to make presentations to group of people, senior management and to customers.
