As part of the customer service team, you will mainly be in charge of the French and German markets.
As Customer Service Officer, you'll be responsible of the following tasks:
- Being the single point of contact for customer inquiries.
- Answering calls to provide information and advice about products, commercial policy, terms and condition for existing customers and prospects.
- Managing complaints and find quick and innovative solutions to make sure the customers' experience is positive at the end of the day.
- Keeping records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
- Being the sales Support to Sales Manager on the defined markets.
