Coated Woven is a subdivision of Roofing & Asphalt and targets an international niche market.
For this division, we are looking for a Customer Care Specialist who can serve as a single point of contact for different external and internal customers.
In this function, you will get the opportunity to work with different clients and stakeholders. By doing so, you will develop in-depth knowhow of the products and internal network of Coated Woven.
After you become acquainted with these aspects, you will be expected to deal with customer orders, complaints and the internal coordination of various questions. You will get the chance to develop extensive knowledge of a niche market and develop yourself towards a sales oriented position within the division.
You will report directly to the EMEA CSB Customer Care Leader and the R&A Components Customer Service Leader.
