For a client, active in the consumer goods sector and located in Jette, HAYS Office Professionals is currently looking for an experienced Contact Center and Planning Manager.
Your main responsibility is to manage the 24 team members of the Contact Center. You will maintain the highest service levels towards your customers, you will be responsible for the department's budget, timely issuing/reporting of the invoices and developing processes efficiently. You motivate the team members and you identify their training needs. Your role also includes analyses of the clients' needs and constant administrative follow-up.
For this position, we are looking for someone who has at least 2 years of experience in a similar position. The ideal candidate leads by example, must have an excellent level in Dutch, French and English, good communication skills, attention for detail and be able to handle pressure.
