Your clients are B2B companies active in numerous sectors. You are responsible for the whole sales cycles: sourcing for new properties and locations; initiating contact with prospects; handling the negotiations process and closing the deal. Thanks to your deep market knowledge and your ability to deliver excellence, you become unavoidable in the sector. You act as a true advisor for your clients and guide them towards the choice of their new locations. Your work is essentially based on networking. You are constantly on the road to meet your clients and stay aware of the market. The rest of the time, you are working from the office to ensure a good administrative follow-up and to exchange with your colleagues on the trends in your business.
