You will be part of a team of account managers, in your role you will report to the Sales Manager. The main task is to follow up a team of distributors in the region of France. You will work from the office in Zaventem.
You will have following responsibilities:
Assist and give business support to the network of distributors.
Monitor and analyze the sales results, observe the progression and assign commsions.
Support distributors in business development and expansion of the market by training them in usage of the tools.
Follow up your team and motivate them on their goal settings.
Together with your team you'll build a solid relationship with the core leaders of the market. You'll do this via events, conference calls,...
Represent the company during events and by being spokeperson at congresses.
Generate business through social media.
