Also you have/are
- A minimum of 1 year leadership experience
- An educational background and/or relevant experience in a Recruitment or HR capacity
- Native Dutch and have a high level of French and English in speaking and writing.
- An excellent role model who lives up to the H&M values.
Additionally, experience in attracting, sourcing and recruiting through social media is a plus.
