At The Chef"s Cut we offer a wide variety of culinary experiences and services around the world:

•Professional cooking courses & seminars for chefs and amateurs alike, in the desired cuisine"s place of origin.

•Culinary tours to diverse destinations concentrating on local cuisines where historical and cultural influences are renowned and intertwined.

•Culinary consultancy in fields such as setting up a culinary business, designing menus and venues and staff recruitment and training. The Chef"s Cut is looking for an international culinary sales manager.

Culinary Sales Manager (Part Time)

Description de la fonction

• You will develop, implement and lead the sales department from scratch.

•For the continuous expansion you need to understand the market and create/ adapt strategic sales plans based on customer needs and providing solutions.

•You will be responsible for developing the company portfolio of customers by building strong partnerships and negotiating long term agreements.

•You will manage business activities such as food tours around the world (for both professional chef"s as foodies).

•You will set up and define the marketing & communication strategy for all business lines, such as the cooking classes, the dining experience and wine tasting.

•You will be responsible for introducing new customers as well as managing the existing client portfolio.

•You will translate the general business strategy into social media actions.

•You will be responsible for different projects and hereby manage the time and financial aspects of each project.

Profil

•You are both commercial and customer-oriented.

•You work independently and can set your own priorities.

•You are triggered by the opportunity to map and develop less explored markets

•You are a proactive networker.

•You are flexible.

•You can cope with the stress of deadlines and taking decisions in unexpected situations.

•You are an excellent communicator with sound presentation and negotiating skills.

English is a must, Dutch and /or French as well, any other language is welcome.
