Team leader accounting - Accounting Manager NL/ENG/FR

Description de la fonction

You are part of the Finance & Legal team and you report directly to the CFO.

You supervise and coach the accounting team, a team composed by three fixed accountants and two accountants ad interim.

As team leader, you assume responsibility for all accounting activities of the organization in order to contribute to correct financial policies.

You are constantly looking for ways to improve the way you work. You are naturally open to change and you bring this positive energy to your team.

Job description

You supervise and support the accounting staff in processing incoming and outgoing invoices, inter-organizational settlement, inventory and fixed asset management to ensure progress of accounting and payment processes.

You coordinate and organize the various activities of the accounting team according to the priorities and abilities of each, and the needs of the organization in order to provide an efficient and effective service that meets the quality requirements of the organization within the established timeframes.

You motivate a team of accountants in order to make the best use of competencies, skills and know-how and to have a well-functioning team.

You process incoming and outgoing invoices of multiple divisions and follow up the payment of the invoices within a clear timing in order to make correct and timely payments.

Profil

You have a Bachelor in Accounting or equivalent through experience;
You have min. 10 years of experience in the accounting;
You have strong communication skills;
You have min. 3 years of people management experience; you are a team player
You are not afraid of change, you like to define, implement and share new ideas
You are solution minded, you do what it takes to meet deadlines, you are proactive
You want to help lowering CO2 emissions
You are a Dutch native speaker. You have a good command of English and French.

Notre client vous propose un contrat CDI en tantq que responsable comptable.

Il s'agit d'un 40h semaine donnant droit à 32 jours de congé par an.
Il y a 2 à 3 jours de télétravail par semaine.
