Pricing and Customer Master Data Specialist

For our client located in Louvain-La-Neuve we are looking for a Pricing and Customer Master Data Specialist 

Description de la fonction

  • Pricing Execution (50%)
    • Master data collection, execution and validation of customer and intercompany pricing

    • Accurately maintain master price and sales deal/promotion records by customer,  within SAP as directed by Sales, Marketing, or Finance and according to the approval policy

    • Perform regular pricing records quality checks in SAP for EU entities to ensure accurate waterfall reporting

    • Pricing Administration (35%)

    • Support EU Marketing for price list maintenance

    • Maintain and manage customer discount schedule

    • Inform internal stakeholders of any price/discount change

    • Create and/or collect price validation file on a yearly basis

    • Maintain central repository for customer price lists/discount schedules master price files, requests and communications to ensure completeness and accuracy for auditing purposes

    • Point of contact for SAP price execution related activities to support all EU divisions


  • Customer Master data (10%)

    • Customer/Vendor master data maintenance as directed by Sales, Marketing and/or Finance according to the approval policy.

    • Communicate new customer information to relevant departments

    • Establish, maintain and execute procedures for receiving data and approval workflow related to customer master data requests/changes

    • Create and maintain in SAP product listing for the company webshop as instructed by Marketing.

    • Create new accounts for the B2B for BESA.

    • Unlock blocked B2B accounts for BESA.

    • Support to EU entities


  • Administrative (5%)

    • General administrative tasks






  • High school diploma required


  • Solve problems analytically; search out relevant information and gauge its importance when making decisions

  • Effective written and oral communication skills; able to express oneself clearly and in technical and non-technical terms

  • Creative thinker

  • Set a good example of personal integrity

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and data management software (SAP preferred)

  • Languagages : English (C1)
