Finance and Administration Director - Liège
Description de la fonction
Your role as Finance and Administration Direction will be to assist the CEO in the overall daily financial and administrative management of the company, and that as part of the strategy, in limits of powers and responsibilities defined by the Board of Directors.
As Financial Manager:
- Prepare the annual budget within the framework set by the Board of Directors and the CEO
- Ensure permanent monitoring; monthly variance analysis against the initial budget and notify the CEO
- Assist the Marketing Department in the development of their action programs or offers in their budgetary aspects;
- Check and approve the financial aspects of all orders to suppliers. Supervise the entire accounting entry;
- Providing cash management , at short term (1 month), middle term (6 months) and long term (1 year);
- Assist the CEO in the budget decision-making;
- Develop documents (dashboards) and financial tools in order to have an effective financial control of the company, a cost accounting and effective monitoring by projects, and management tools.
- Prepare (together with the accountant) quarterly and annual audits; assist auditors requirements.
- Internal control.
- Manage relationships with banking partners and insurance, and negotiate the contracts.
- Oversee SAP installation of the company and propose improvements; overseeing SAP partner benefits.
- Develop, track and manage subsidies applications.
As Administrative Manager:
- Develop and optimize the tools and procedures for a proper functioning of the services under his responsibility;
- Develop actions relating to personnel management in connection with a social secretariat;
- Monitor compliance with administrative and financial procedures.
- Pilot of PURCHASE SAP process and control of approval procedure.
- Supervise the HR department

- Master Degree in Accounting-Economics
- You have minimal 10 years of relevant experience
- Fluent in French and English
- IT Minded. SAP experience is an asset
- Ability to both lead, coach and manage subordinates
