Your responsibilities as an Executive Assistant include:

  • Managing agendas and scheduling appointments, meetings, and business trips
  • Preparing meetings: agendas, documents, presentations, minutes, and follow-ups
  • Handling email and phone correspondence
  • Acting as a liaison between the executive member and internal/external stakeholders
  • Assisting in organizing events, board meetings, or shareholder meetings

Profil

Here’s what your profile as an Executive Assistant looks like:

Do you have a Bachelor’s degree in Office Management, Executive Support, or equivalent experience? Then we are looking for you!

  • You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a corporate or international environment
  • You are highly organized, discreet, and stress-resistant
  • You speak fluent Dutch, French, and English (both oral and written)
  • You are proficient in MS Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
