Driven Management Assistant for our client in the energy sector
Description de la fonction
Our client is active in the energy sector and is located close to the Brussels North station.
For our client you will provide assistance to the Group Manager and her team of about 35 engineers;
- You will handle all administrative tasks of the projects independently (word formatting, document management such as meeting reports, technical notes, e-mail in Hyperinfo, filing, etc.);
- You will take care of the correct distribution of all technical deliverables of the Group to internal or external Customers as well as to Safety Authorities;
- You will manage, schedule and organise meetings and travels;
- You are responsible for organizing the visio/video-conferences, ensuring in-out telephone communications and welcoming external visitors;
- You will keep up-to-date the Intranet Page of the Group;
- You are based in Engie Tower Brussels.
This is you:
- You have 3 to 5 years of experience in an administrative role
- You are proficient in English, and you also speak Dutch or French
- Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word. Knowledge of MS Access and/or MS Project is an asset
- You are well organised, structured and accurate in your way of working, questioning attitude ;
- You are capable of analyzing the data you have to process with ease and providing a critical assessment on the subject;
- You are proactive, constructive, solution oriented and dynamic attitude, team player;
- You are discrete, precise and punctual, proud and willing to contribute to the high level quality standards of our deliverables;
