Customer Delivery Manager PSPs

Do you feel comfortable in a transversal role in which you represent the interests of the customer in cooperation with the leaders of both business and delivery units? Then we might have in place the challenge in your size!
As Customer Delivery Manager you will be responsible for the Worldline services to some of our most valued customers. In this role you ensure that the service to the customers in your portfolio is in line with the contractual agreements (SLA) and you promote the continuous improvement of our services and customer satisfaction.

As Customer Delivery Manager you will be responsible for and act as:
1) CDMgr for a selected list of PSP's delivering full CDM scope – (Estimated 50% workload)
  • Serves as the primary point of contact to the a selected (±10) list of PSP(s) regarding overall and day-to-day service delivery;
  • Builds and maintains strong client relationships, and participates in client meetings regarding performance to ensure client satisfaction;
  • Ensuring that quality services are delivered with regard to the agreed SLA;
  • Providing detailed reports as per an agreed schedule (or on request), including management and account performance reports;
  • Ensures that implementations and ongoing services are delivered on time and meet client requirements by maintaining tight control over the project schedule, risks, scope of work and budget;
  • Mitigating and solving escalations with urgency and determination;
  • Promotes the organization's capabilities and works to achieve contract extension or to win additional business within the PSP(s);

    2) PSP Partner Mgt – (Estimated 50% workload)
  • Implementation and management of the PSP section of the Partner Extranet
  • Interaction (structured communication using Partner Extranet) with all PSP's related to projects linked to e.g. certification changes, authorization cost Mastercard, …
  • Maintain the PSP Onboarding process
  • Internal coordinator to implement an answer to structural or recurrent questions and incident management with PSP's
    Defining & Tracking service metrics

Profil

  • You have a master's degree or equivalent experience
  • You are fluent in English, other languages are an advantage
  • You have experience as a Service Delivery Manager, preferably within the service industry, or any other relevant experience with customer relations
  • You are very customer minded & able to communicate and report on an "executive" level
  • You identify and quickly understand the needs and expectations of the customer and/or market
  • Experience with leading (virtual) teams and this preferably in an operational service delivery context is an asset
  • You have experience with the implementation of improvements, which lead to a higher customer satisfaction
  • You have strong communication skills at all levels, you are persuasive, know how to make an impact and to negotiate
  • You work in a proactive and diplomatic manner
  • Experience in the electronic payment transactions business is an asset
