Our customer is looking to reinforce its Communication team with a Financial Communication Officer.

Description de la fonction

  • As a Medior Financial Communication Officer your role will be to assist the Head of Communication & IR with content creation and copywriting of different sorts of financial texts in French for internal and external usage.
RESPONSABILITIES
  • Assist the Head of Communication & IR with the writing, design, physical production and distribution of corporate publications. Your main focus will be the annual financial report as well as the sustainaibility report.
  • Assist the Head of Communication & IR with the content creation of newsletters, press communications, ad hoc presentations, etc.
  • Assist the Head of Communication & IR with the content creation of written content regarding financial transactions and M&A.
  • In order to gather information that is needed for the content creation of different sorts of texts that you will be working on, attending brainstorming sessions and internal/external meetings will be required.
  • Align communication with strategic priorities
  • Ensure company messaging is consistent and clear
  • Prevent miscommunication by providing up-to-date information whenever team members need it
  • Occasionally you will be responsable for translations.

Profil

  • Perfect French, with a good knowledge of English and Dutch. Any other language is an asset.
  • Office automation knowledge MS OFFICE: Word / Excel
  • Proven experience in Finance and/or the Real Estate sector, with a specific focus on preparing yearly reports and related documents is a must. Experience in the healthcare sector is a plus.
  • Assertiveness, control of emotions, planning and organisation
  • Respect of others, respect of procedures.
  • Expertise and specialized skills or multi-skilled through job-related training and considerable on-the-job experience
  • Works autonomously within established procedures and practices
