What if you could use your analytical talent to develop smart procurement solutions?
As a Business Analyst Procurement Excellence, you ensure that our procurement processes in SAP and Coupa run smoother, faster, and better. You contribute to implementing smart improvements and digital innovations within our Procurement department. You act as the bridge between business and IT: translating needs into practical solutions and efficiently addressing problems.
Your work location: our headquarters in Brussels (Phoenix building).
Zoom on the job:
- analyze and optimize procurement processes in SAP and Coupa
- support strategic initiatives in Procurement Excellence
- act as a key user and point of contact for SAP MM and Coupa, including second-line incident support
- translate business requirements into functional specifications
- support change management and user trainings
- report on KPIs and process performance
- provide ad hoc reporting and system monitoring when anomalies are detected
Profil
Are we a match?
- preferably a master’s degree in business administration, economics, engineering, IT, or a related field
- minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within procurement or supply chain
- thorough knowledge of SAP (MM module) and Coupa
- interest in and initial experience with AI solutions
- strong analytical skills and experience with process optimization and change management
- proactive attitude and solution-oriented mindset
- strong communication skills in Dutch or French and English
