Administrative Sales Assistant

For an international company in the area of Nivelles, we are currently looking for : administrative assistant.

Description de la fonction

Your tasks :

1. Administrative/sales
  • You are responsible for the contact with the customers and for providing them with efficient administrative support, communicating their monthly results, sending them emails about new products but also about current or updated prices, ... ;
  • Once the KAMs have set up their promotion plans, you are responsible for the creation of the technical and promotional sheets. You update the promotional plan internally, draw up a weekly overview of the various promotions and collect the visual material ;
  • Monthly follow-up and communication of sales forecasts (neutral sales and promotions) and marketing forecasts (new products, protected workshop, etc.) to the logistics department ;
  • Regular communication of our sales and marketing initiatives to our sales team and customers ;
  • Creation/Adaptation/Translation of various PPT presentations in NL/FR/EN ;
  • Regular follow-up of the marketing and sales budget, encoding of invoices.
2. Marketing
  • Support the Product Manager in order to carry out all ongoing projects (social networks, PR, product launches, communication plans, etc.) ;
  • Assist in the implementation and development of operational marketing actions: communication, display, digital, promotions, POS development, product launches, sales presentations,... ;
  • Updating of product sheets ;
  • Follow-up of article creation/modification via SAP, label validation, etc. 

Profil

  • You already have 2-5 years of experience as a Sales Assistant. An experience in FMCG in a must.
  • You have a very good level in French and Dutch
  • Microsoft Office - Excel has no secrets for you ;
  • You are well organized, able to multitask, own and manage multiple deadlines to successful completion ;
  • Sensitivity to ecology and sustainable development ;
  • Good at solution-oriented thinking ;
  • You radiate drive and energy and can move forward in good and in bad times ;
  • You are proactive, creative and team player;

  • Full time, 4/5 is possible if you prefer
  • A salary depending on your experience with meal vouchers (8€) and group insurance, hospitalization insurance, PC, 40€ internet fee when you work at home.
