Digital Insights Manager

Description de la fonction



  • The CMI Team delivers a compelling and consistent customer value proposition by capitalizing on our customer data and customer touch points


     


    The Insights Team within CMI translates business strategies and objectives into analytics and data requirements.  These teams advices (top) management on the best courses of action which will lead to a better customer experience, better commercial dynamics and to better profits for Carrefour.


     


    The mission of the Digital Insights team is to demonstrate business value by leveraging (digital) data, analytics, optimization, and technology platforms to drive insight- driven transformation.


     


    The digital insights analyst shall define the digital analytics strategy, prioritize the digital analytics and ensure the execution of the digital insights roadmap.


     



  • You are, within the Customer and Marketing Insights (CMI) department , the digital insights enabler and defines the digital insights strategy


     



  • You set-up strategic partnerships for your insights stream with a wide range of management stakeholders (CMI, Digital Team, Marketing, IT)


     



  • You manage and coach all digital insights stakeholders to have an action-oriented mindset and you know how to inspire, motivate and support all stakeholders to get things done


     



  • You determine the digital analytics metrics for success and the online optimization roadmap


 




  • You are responsible for key analysis activities to drive the digital transformation within Carrefour such as:


     




    • E-commerce & Digital Dashboard analysis



    • Business Reviews (e-commerce & digital)



    • Analysis of Digital customers value and movements



    • Performance analysis and recommendations



    • Digital Marketing analysis and recommendations



    • eNews Dashboard analysis and recommendations



    • Data crunching to better understand the digital customer journey


 




  • You communicate on a regular basis the outcome of all the analysis and provide strategic recommendations to the various management stakeholders


     



  • You manage the digital analytics developer(s) reporting to you (people management role)

Profil

Studies & Experience :


 




  • You have a Master's degree


     



  • You have more than 3 years experience in the area of digital analytics or equivalent




  • You  have experience with google analytics or adobe analytics




  • You have experience with data techniques and know very well how to use data to enable decision making




  • You have strong communication and interpersonal skills to discuss with a variety of stakeholders




  • You have ideally experience in the retail sector




  • You have good mastery of English as well as French and/or Dutch
