As Business Manager you have a variety of tasks
You take a leading role in the commercial activities towards our customers.
You are able to listen and understand the needs of our clients. You will create new business as well as further develop existing clients by acting as a true business partner. You will build strong relations with our clients, by understanding their business (needs) and seek for several pragmatic solutions together with them. You participate in networking activities in order to enlarge and strengthen your client relations.
Moreover, you build a close partnership with Interim Managers and you know the TriFinance Project Consultants as the best.
You become a partner and soundboard for our Interim Manager and Project Consultants, performing at our clients, by helping them in taking the next steps in their career. You respect our TriFinance mentoring process and act as a real Mentor by bringing the best out of people.
Furthermore, you work in close collaboration with the other team members regarding the recruitment of potential TriFinance Project Consultants or Interim Managers, and you will play an important role in the business, strategy and value proposition development of our Business Unit and will support in its initiatives and activities (content management, internal/external communication, internal projects, event planning, …).
