The mission of the Business Analyst GDPR is to be the driving force and ambassador within CMI behind all GDPR initiatives.
You are the driving force within CMI for all GDPR initiatives
You provide advice to the CMI team on all GDPR related matters, especially on Data Subjects Rights execution
You support the CMI team on GDPR matters related to Data Subjects Rights protection
You are the GDPR ambassador within the CMI team and, as such, you build good relationships with all CMI Process Owners, increase awareness of GDPR and provide trainings to ensure appropriate information of CMI Process Owners
You collaborate closely with the DPO office for all GDPR related matters and guidelines
You collaborate closely with the Legal Department for the integration of all GDPR related standards and guidelines into contractual clauses.
You analyze the CMI business process changes (new projects, new client initiatives, new process changes, …) versus GDPR requirements and provide recommendations to reach GDPR compliancy
You execute GDPR impact assessments (DPIA) and Processing Activity registrations in close collaboration with the CMI business process owner
You analyze the existing process and systems gaps and translate these gaps into process change recommandations
You follow-up all CMI GDPR related actions points outstanding in order to keep the CMI scope GDPR compliant
You collaborate closely with the IT department who is responsible for the GDPR IT infrastructure (Consent DB, security matters, …)
You improve and optimize our GDPR capabilities in order to make the GDPR matters more lean where possible
