The mission of the Business Analyst "Campaign Operations" is to be the driving force within CMI for the follow-up of all campaign related projects and change initiatives. The business analyst is as well the spoc between the campaign operations team and the IT campaign support team.
You understand and ensure good execution by campaign operations team of business briefings coming from loyalty/marketing and Régie teams, in order to deliver our clients with the best message, at the best moment and through the best communication channel.
You understand the architecture of all tools linked to end to end campaigns process (customer database, transactional database, tools for promo definition and calculation, as well CRM tools like Adobe Campaign).
You are responsible for the business analysis of new campaign evolutions (project bound or small evolutions (change requests) and you facilitate meetings and workshops to gather these requirements
You are responsible for supporting and coordinating the user acceptance testing cycles to ensure that developments are in line with the described business requirements
You are responsible for the follow-up of all maintenance and defect handling matters regarding the campaign Omnichannel infrastructure and you act as the CMI spoc for these matters with the IT campaign support team
You improve and optimize our campaign execution capabilities
