SQM International nv is part of the SQM Group (Sociedad Quimica y Minera de Chile), a multinational corporation, which operates on a global scale, manufacturing and distributing specialty fertilizers and industrial chemicals.
The company ‘s primary customers are industry and agricultural and horticultural businesses.

SQM International nv is based in Antwerp, handling international sales of the products in close consultation with local distributors either via joint ventures or wholly owned sales branch offices.

For further expansion of the company, we are currently looking for a (m/f):

Description de la fonction

  • Together with Strategic Sourcing Manager, global and strategic coordination Third Party Products (TTP), planning - forecasting - allocations.
  • Administrative order processing in ERP system - AX 2012 and follow up.
  • Execution and follow-up intercompany purchase and sales transactions.
  • Coordination with customer care / sales coordinator / logistics.
  • Coordination with regulatory/marketing regarding lay-outs & nutrient texts for TPP bags/labels in accordance with fertilizer regulation and customer"s legal requirements if any.
  • Reporting to Strategic Sourcing Manager TPP.

Profil

  • At least a Bachelor degree or a Master Degree in Economics.
  • A few years professional experience is a must.
  • Knowledge of MS Office Software, especially Excel.
  • Knowledge of AX 2012 is an advantage.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English. Good knowledge of Spanish is an asset.
  • You have an analytical mindset.
  • You are hands-on, flexible and take initiatives.
  • You have a strong communication skill and are a good team player.
