Job description

The warehouse supervisor is responsible for achieving high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving identifying dispatching and assuring quality of goods. Moreover he or she must organize and maintain the inventory and storage area measuring and reporting the effectiveness of the warehouse activities and the staff performance in order to optimize the flow of Parts.
  • Achieve a high level of customer satisfaction by efficiently receiving storing and dispatching the goods
  • Measure the performance of a team of 20 blue collars in the warehouse
  • Analyse procedures and processes to implement the most efficient working methodology
  • Communicate with and coach the warehouse employees
  • Determine staffing levels at different periods and assign the tasks
  • Coordinate with procurement and parts department for a smooth communication towards dealers
  • Establish collaboration with the freight forwarder or transport companies to efficiently manage the distribution of items
  • Assure a good housekeeping within the warehouse
  • Assure a safe working environment in the warehouse and take proactive and corrective actions to improve
  • Follow up and communicate the statistics relative to inbound outbound and storage
  • Permanently identify areas of improvement and take corrective actions


  • You have a solid work experience as warehouse supervisor
  • You have knowledge of general warehouse management
  • You are an excellent people manager and able to efficiently organise the daily tasks in the warehouse
  • You have experience in conducting inventories and regular stock count
  • You have a proven track record of efficient procedures implementation and processes improvements
  • You speak fluent English and Dutch
  • You have good knowledge about health and safety regulations relative to warehouse environment
  • You are highly motivated and dynamic
  • You have very good communication skills and you are a good observer
  • You possess very good organisational and planning skills
  • You are analytical
  • You dare to take initiatives and you are able to solve problems independently
