Our client is an international company in full expansion. They are looking for a Project Coordinator (temporary mission - 6 months) to strengthen their EMEA marketing team. You will take on a broad project coordinator role and work closely with the product manager.

You will be the liaison between the product, purchasing & supply chain department.

The company is located in the southern part of Antwerp and is easily accessible by car and public transport.

Job description

As a Project Coordinator you:

  • You maintain the database up-to-date
  • You monitor the New Product Introduction program
  • You coordinate all actions with the responsible department
  • You gather data for billing and follow-up purposes


In order to be their new Project Coordinator, you need to :

  • You have good knowledge of Excel
  • You hold a Bachelor in Office Management
  • You love administrative tasks
  • You have strong organization and planning skills
  • You have an excellent level of English
  • Knowledge of SAP is a plus
  • You are detail-oriented
  • You love the automotive industry
