In order to offer a better and targeted service and better handle all the professionals in the Benelux countries dealing with fall protection systems, we are looking for a charismatic personality to strengthen our team in technical field sales.

Technical Sales Representative

Job description

  • Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current and prospective customers in the industrial sector
  • Explain or demonstrate products, and actively propose new products and educate customers about function, utility and benefits of Rothoblaas products
  • Provide advice and technical support to customers and business partners
  • Be the contact person for sales colleagues for questions regarding the “Safe” line
  • Organize your customer visits and independently plan your tours
  • Elaborate clear and effective proposals/quotations for customers and follow up
  • Plan or assist in planning fall protection systems with CAD
  • Visit planners, construction management offices, engineers and architects and take part in trade fairs


  • Technical understanding / training or sales experience with technical products
  • Strong organization skills, flexibility and a problem-solving mentality
  • Joy in approaching and inspiring people
  • Determination and pleasure with competition
  • High level of motivation and ability to work independently
  • Good communication, negotiation and organization skills
  • Good Dutch, French and English knowledge
  • Valid driving licence and willingness to be many hours in the car, travel within Benelux and occasionally abroad
