(SR) HR Business Partner

Job description

• You ensure Business Partnering, Recruitment, Career/Talent Management, Employee Relations, Communication, L&D, and Comp&Ben
• You provide HR advice and support to your client group, implement group and local HR policies, act as an ambassador in the implementation of tools and are the HR expert for your own business portfolio
• You work with the business line to meet their strategic resourcing needs and collaborate with Talent Acquisition to manage recruitment within designated procedures
• You conduct regular career development interviews and identify and support the initiatives of the talent, succession planning and internship programs. You facilitate internal mobility and align the group’s values and code of conduct to adhere with the highest standards of ethics. You also are in charge of handling employee relations and performance management issues
• You identify communication needs and you actively participate in internal communication
• You collaborate with your internal L&D partner and external providers to support managers with regard to training needs, in order to identify and provide training solutions to employees
• You support the year-end performance review, actively participate in the annual job-matching exercise and regularly conduct compensation analyses to highlight key areas of concern


• You hold a higher education degree and have 5-10 years of experience in HR
• You have strong analytical skills, pay great attention to details and are accurate with numbers
• You have a good understanding of Belgian and Luxembourg Employment Law
• You are ethical and discreet, with a collaborative and inclusive mindset
• You are an active listener and client-focused
• You have the ability to manage change and embrace the digital mindset. You can drive the HR digitalisation journey and influence and coach managers and employees
• You are trilingual English/Dutch/French and have excellent communication skills.
