Job description

Main tasks Source relevant communication material and generate content to engage with our audience and communities ? live broadcasting and/or video; weekly features? You drive engagement and conversations with the community and respond to their queries and complaints establishing brand loyalty. Help grow social reach engagement and referral traffic ? while focusing on audience segmentation and experience. You optimize content during campaigns to ensure momentum and optimal visibility Facilitating internal communication Ensure our brand positioning on all social media lines by posting and monitoring content. You develop the brand awareness and online reputation. You find and build relationships with influencers and thought leaders. Spot social media trends including new platforms and changes to existing ones. You monitor effective benchmarks (best practices) for measuring the impact of social media campaigns Analyze review and report on effectiveness of campaigns to maximize results audiences goals. You prepare the presentations and reports using Meltwater tool. Maintain calendars and features for the marketing and PR team Keep fully up to date with all that is happening within the organization and identify content opportunities. You facilitate effective internal communications ? driving staff engagement.

Profile

You obtained a Bachelor or Master degree in Marketing and/or communications and have at least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar position.
You have an excellent knowledge of Dutch or English. French is a plus.
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
You respect ethics and are capable in translating complex messages/services in appealing creative concepts.
You have a good knowledge of marketing communications techniques; and you are interested in digital marketing. Economic background is a plus.
You have good organizational and planning skills and pay attention to detail and accuracy.
You have the ability to work on multiple projects at one time work under pressure and to deadlines.
You are a team player dependable and feel comfortable with reporting and defending decisions and positions.
You are able to translate the numbers from market research into improved communications and you have strong IT skills.
You have a good knowledge of HTML CSS and Javascript
