Do you have a degree in civil engineering with also a good feeling for economical details? Are you interested in innovative building products and you‘d like to be part of an international working team? Then we could offer you a very interesting position to strengthen our team as our new

Sales Engineer

for Dramix Steel fibers for reinforced concrete in Germany and Central Europe. You are working in our German sales office in D-61267 Neu-Anspach with 30-40 % travelling in your area of responsibility. We offer you a competitive salary package, company car and all office equipment needed.

Your tasks

  • You participate in growing the Dramix® steel fibers market by increasing the technology awareness through design offices and direct influencers (Specifiers, Technical departments, Consultants).
  • You acquire independently new projects for industrial and structural applications with introducing high qualified and economical solutions for steel fiber reinforced concrete to the decision-maker.
  • You coordinate between all stakeholders like engineers, contractors etc.
  • You manage and develop our design software’s platform, train the Sales Team and the external users (design offices).
  • You support the Sales team for specific projects.
  • You give a lecture about steel fiber reinforced concrete at seminars and conferences.
  • You will report to the Dramix® Area Manager Central Europe.



 What you bring… 

  • You hold a master degree in building engineering or structural engineering.
  • You are familiar with design of Reinforced Concrete constructions and the related European Norms, national standards and recommendations.
  • You have preferably 5+ years of working experience in the construction market or in design of building and structures in general.
  • A passion to understand deeply and analyze thoroughly what the market needs and expects, from the technical and business point of view.
  • An entrepreneurial and pioneering spirit to establish relations in the world of construction, in order to create awareness about the possibilities of steel fiber reinforced concrete.
  • Strong proactive skills, based on listening, inquiry, analysis and proposition.
  • You like expanding your professional network, contributing to reach the team targets.
  • You are fluent in German and in English (speaking and writing).
