Job description

- Personal assistant for Sales Director : that consist on several administrative tasks (meetings, PPT presentation, travels…)

- Coordinate information between Sales department, Customer Services and Supply chain departments

- Maintain customer databases updated

- Answer some customer's requests (price, technical files, …)

- Merchandising : budget follow up and monthly reporting

Profile

- Bilingual Dutch - French is required

- Strong experience as Sales Assistant (experience in the FMCG industry is necessary)

- Hands on mentality

- Good communication skills

- Stress resistant and priority management skills

- Able to work as part of a sales team
