SALES ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Job description

-        Follow-up product development.

-        Follow-up product referencing.

-        Follow-up customers files.

-        Follow-up of supply.

-        Cost and profitability calculation.

-        Integration and follow-up of product reference sheets.

-        Follow-up and management of samples/visuals/technical sheets.

Profile

Degree in Commerce or equivalent (minimum 3 years).

Minimum 3 years of work experience.

Very good knowledge of computing tools (Excel, Word, ERP Navision…)

Fluent in English and French, a third language is a plus.

Thorough, dynamic, voluntary, polyvalent, flexible and having a good sense of priorities.

Very organised and stress resistant.
