Job description

  • Provide high quality resourcing expertise to specified business account areas

  • Work with business stakeholders and relevant HRD to build and implement resourcing plans to meet the needs of current and future business needs.

  • Coach and support training of managers

  • Develop effective and proactive talent pipelines

  • Build, develop relationships with and influence key stakeholders

  • Contribute to the validation, review, development and implementation of resourcing standards, processes and techniques

  • Source, analyse and report on market intelligence / data for candidates, competitors and attraction techniques to structure resourcing plans, and resourcing policy.

  • Responsible for initiating the on-boarding process with relevant stakeholders

  • Proactively contact candidates for key roles


  • Ability to effectively manage the end to end recruitment process to a high standard

  • Ability and desire to undertake proactive direct attraction that has a direct and demonstrable impact on the business area's talent pipeline, direct attraction v. agency costs and future capability gaps

  • Top quality / excellent consultancy and stakeholder management skills

  • Project management skills (within recruitment world)

  • Understanding of HR / Employment law including referencing, redeployment and immigration processes

  • Understands and fulfils mandatory audit requirements

  • Effective advertising and copywriting skills

  • Effective third party supplier management

  • Effective understanding and use of the HR model to provide a seamless service to our customers

  • Ability to coach and assist the development of line managers through the Behavioural Based Interviewing course and other selection methods

  • Min. 2 years of recruitment experience

  • Fluent in English and French or Dutch
