Job description

The scope of responsibilities for this position as a Regulatory Affairs Specialist (M/F) includes:

  • You direct or perform coordination and preparation of document packages for regulatory submissions from all areas of company, internal audits and inspections;
  • You ensure regulatory compliance of current products by reviewing and approving labels, ads, websites and other promotional material in accordance with legal requirements;
  • You monitor and improve tracking and control systems;
  • You develop regulatory strategy and prioritize strategies/submissions with operating plans;
  • You provide guidance and feedback to business unit regulatory teams on registration requirements for new and renewal registrations, product and process changes;
  • You direct interaction with regulatory agencies on defined matters;
  • You keep abreast of regulatory procedures and changes.

Profile

The required qualifications for this position as a Regulatory Affairs Specialist (M/F) are:

  • You have a Bachelor degree or are equal by experience;
  • You have a proficient knowledge of English and Dutch, both spoken and written, knowledge of French is an asset;
  • You have knowledge of and understanding of global regulatory requirements for new product or product changes;
  • You have a good knowledge of MS Office;
  • You are eager to learn and have a healthy curiosity;
  • You have the ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels;
  • You are a team player;
  • You are flexible and adapt easily;
  • You are immediately available.
