On a daily basis you will be dealing with individuals of all levels, therefore you must be coherent and always willing to offer a high standard of service.
Excellent telephone and PC skills are a must as these are key aspects of your day to day role.
On busier occasions there will be a high level of pressure, therefore you must be able to stay calm at all times! You’ll need to be methodical, well-organised and be able to handle multiple tasks at once. This role is a busy and dynamic one where flexibility may be needed if overtime is required
