This position will be responsible to coordinate response given to customers on their questionnaires, quality agreements, specification and/or other document requests. This response shall be accurate, in timely fashion and in line with VWR guidelines.
The Customer Quality Documentation Technician will report directly into Director Quality Management & Quality Assurance
KEY TASKS – MAJOR JOB DUTIES & RESPONSABILITIES
• Coordinate response to customer questionnaires, quality agreements, specifications and other document requests.
• Identify new trending topics and report to Customer Segment leaders and Product Management.
• Familiarize with trending topics and propose standard responses in cooperation with relevant Business owners.
• Ensure standard responses are regularly reviewed and updated.
• Engage with Customer Segment leaders to convey current and future customer requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned locally or additionally from Europe.
