Companies who manufacture, sell, or dispense medications in the European Union have until Feb 2019 to comply with track & trace regulations outlined in the FMD, including serialization, compliance reporting, and verification requirements.
Together with the Packaging Supply Coordinators (Planners) is responsible for :
? Coordinating, monitoring the implementation of the on time serialization for all impacted SKUs
? Managing and executing the implementation of Regulatory Changes within Supply Chain systems (SAP and others) through accurate business process, master data & artwork management in collaboration with the “Globa Supply Chain Labelling and Data Solutions” team.
Products and Regulatory variations (serialization) requiring modification of Printed components in existing products:
Manage the Artwork project in GMPS, SAP,…
Coordinate the project within BTO Supply, and ensure the tracking and follow-up of all project tasks to deliver the approved artworks respecting legal time lines and other project due dates; keep the dues dates in the system up to date.
Responsible for all operational communication and collaboration with Globa Supply Chain Labelling and Data Solutions Coordinator ,Master Planners,…..
In alignment with the artwork implementation plan and the production plan provided by the master planners, build together with local Supply Coordinators a serialization implementation plan in production
Provide monthly, an updated production plan (till Feb 2019) by packaging line & share visibility
Track the first batch # that have been serialized by SKU and inform Globa Supply Chain Labelling and Data Solutions Coordinator.
Ensure that all concerned SKUs have been serialized by Feb 19 or that there has been enough safety stock built to cover a delay in serialization
Provide visibility to all stakeholders
Share with stakeholders the critical situations where the serialization might not be possible before Feb 19.
Ensure a mitigation plan (via build up stock/ transfer to another packaging line …) is foreseen and implemented
Ensure the follow-up to confirm that all concerned SKUs have been serialized by Feb 19 or that there has been enough safety stock built to cover a delay in serialization
Bachelor degree or equivalent experience (Supply Chain, Master data)
Excellent computer literacy; experience in SAP is an advantage
Experience in coordination and administrative tasks
Used to working in a multinational/multicultural environment
Experience from a Regulatory or Supply Chain environment is an asset
