The Belgian branch, located in the center of Brussels, is actually looking for a Program Manager to support the Management Board (composed by the CEO and CFO/COO in their day to day activities.) to have a continuous “helicopter view” of the Projects and Programs in portfolio, since the company is actually in a large Transformation Program.

Job description

  • You Manage and coordinate the end-to-end project management activities.
  • You provide regular status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverable, dependencies, risks and issues.
  • You act as the liaison for internal & external meetings with specific focus on collecting and organizing preparation documents and identifying and following up on action items.
  • You have interactions with all departments to plan, coordinate and follow up the progress of the decisions taken for each project.
  • You watch that the roll out of all new initiatives are in line with the company strategy.
  • You support the respect of the governance by caring for the required formalism, documentation and timing.
  • You coordinate the strategic discussions and meetings between, on the one hand, the Management Board and the Headquarter and, on the other hand, the translation and communication towards the Management Team (Claims, Customer Services, Finance, IT, Sales and Marketing, HR&Office Management).


  • Master degree in Business Administration or other in Commercial Engineering.
  • 3 to 5 years work experience as a Project Manager and/or PMO.
  • Prince II Practitioner certification or other relevant project management certification is a plus
  • Languages: FR or NL with good knowledge of ENG.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office.
  • A superior customer service orientation and strong organizational skills.
  • Personality : analytical, fact driven, assertive, solution oriented, convincing, “can do” attitude.
