As Product Support Manager, you implement and follow the product support strategy.
Your main responsabilities are:
- Be the main contact for advanced technical support;
- Create and maintain quality feedback processes to help your OEM's;
- Share all technical information from your suppliers to your colleagues from different departments (sales, warranty, project, service and so on...);
- Give training to ensure the communication of product updates and policies;
- Manage a good communication to your providers by organizing meetings and reportings.
