They are pioneering Social Retail. They are aiming for $12 billion global turnover by 2020 and they are keen to build their presence throughout Europe.

Product specialist

Job description

Formulation of product launch plans to cover pre-launch and post-launch activities. Formulation of brand plans for incumbent products. Be our eyes and ears to the wider marketplace. Spotting the latest innovations ingredient stories and simply what is going on in the world. Competitive analysis to provide benchmarking support pricing decisions and aid margin management. Create detailed product information to support customer communications sales training and deliver compliance. Contribute product related content for integrated marketing communications. Manage product queries and establish FAQ database. Participate in New Product Development discussions with local management team and global marketing groups. Review of product labels in multiple languages. Review of all product copy both online & offline. Generate exciting new copy and manage translation and deployment. Work with other European and global colleagues to establish and manage product performance tracking to support NPD and line management discussion. Support Social Marketer events.


University degree in marketing business studies communications or similar - relevant commercial experience and demonstrable achievements will also be considered.
3+ years of relevant experience is a plus.
Proven successful product management skills in consumer environment.
Excellent organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills including verbal and written communication negotiation and leadership skills.
Ability to travel work flexible hours including evenings and weekends when necessary.
A keen communicator. Excellent English and French speaking an additional European language is highly desirable.
