Personal assistant with English and French
- Coordinating agendas, organizing business travel, internal & external meetings and telephone conferences;
- Laying out and proof-reading legal documents and presentations;
- Carrying out secretarial tasks for your team which includes management of contact details, travel expenses as well as monitoring incoming email for your partners;
- Manage the billing process, from opening new clients files, to sending out invoices;
- Occasionally, translating short documents.
