Inside our International service, you join the team who deals with the Belgian payroll of small and large companies active worldwide in cooperation with an international partner.
Payroll Advisor International
Our social secretariat provides tailored advice and the necessary means to simplify the life of our clients. We guide them to lift their HR policy to the top.
We are currently looking for a new colleague for the following responsibilities:
- The core of your function is the calculation and payment of the salaries for international clients and you will become their HR partner.
- You work together with our international partner who is your point of contact for those clients.
- You will develop a relationship based on trust with this international partner.
- You will professionally and proactively counsel the clients about their staff management.
- Beyond the calculation of salaries, you also act as a sales representative when you detect that certain Securex products or services could help the customers to optimize the management of its personnel. You support and advise them in their HR development.
- To guarantee a top-quality service, we will make sure that your knowledge of social legislation is always up to date.
- You work from our office in Drongen.
- A true passionate about personnel and Payroll management, you wish to pursue your development in this field with an international dimension
- And if you have knowledge and interest in social legislation related to Payroll, you will love this function!
- You have a first experience in Payroll management or personnel management or experience in managing complex files.
- To make your day a success, you are organized and can easily manage your stress
- Your commercial feeling allows you to achieve the results you have set for yourself
- Support and be supported by your colleagues, for you this is teamwork and you concentrate your work to achieve results.
- You describe yourself as comfortable with numbers and open to new computer technologies
- You speak Dutch and and you have a good knowledge (both orally and written) of English.
